Think Small is a non-profit organization in Ramsey County. Our mission is to "To advance quality care and education of children in their crucial early years." Our website is located at: thinksmall.org.

We have created training for educators who are wanting to advance their career in Early Childhood Education. This training is part of the requirement to earn a CDA Credential. By earning this credential, educators fulfill the requirements in MN to become lead teacher qualified in licensed centers and Family Child Care programs.

Training Location: Think Small in-person training

Prerequisites: Sept 2023 - May 2024
